Meanwhile in the kernow ... The swell was pumping , slightly cross shore so it could have been better but there were still some great waves , before heading out I snapped a couple shots of local ripper Adam bushrod tackling the rare break infront of his house. There were some great waves all day and the rumour of heavy snow overnight means there may be more surfing tomorow... Fingers crossed ! - J

Rare reef

It's great surfing a new wave , yesterday I got surf a reef break 200 meters from my local break , I've often seen it working but after attempting to surf it once I've always thought it was a lot fatter and slower than it looks. not yesterday though , head high clean , well shaped rights for 2 hours.the first pick shows how the wave breaks at high tide , the rest are from a few hours earlier taken by local body boarder Hayden lister. Hopefully it will break like that again soon ! - J

Happy mothers day and enjoy the reasonably good surf , in the morning it seemed massive but at 12 am when i finally got in it was a medium swell , with strong offshore winds which weren't the best. but a overall good surf. CJ.
